Rethinking the Rules of Living

Judith Garten, M.A.,

has taught and lectured at international growth centers, the United Nations, universities, and other public forums. She taught English literature at The Manhattan School of Music and Pace University; directed public relations at The Cooper Union in NYC and served as Executive Director for the New York Pathwork Region, Inc., a non-profit educational institution promoting self development. She has served on the boards of the US Committee for UNICEF,  NY Council on Adoptable Children and The Pathwork Foundation. Her present work is rooted in a spiritual, psychological discipline illuminated by Moira Shaw’s The 50/50 Work © based on the Pathwork Lectures of Eva Pierrakos. Her work is also informed by her training in Jason Shulman’s Integrated Kabbalistic Healing. She values Judith Schmidt and Alexis Johnson’s work from the Center for Intentional Living. A believer in the healing power of laughter, Judith uses her certification as a Laughter Yoga facilitator in all her venues. She is a frequent leader of workshops, retreats and trainings in personal and group transformation and is currently writing a spiritual memoir, From the Holocaust to the Hallelujah.
